Dominika Zakrzewska-Olędzka, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Psychology at the Maria Grzegorzewska University (Academy of Special Education) and an experienced project manager specializing in intercultural communication, intergroup relations, and conflict management. Her academic and professional work focuses on intercultural dialogue, hate speech, and migration.
With extensive experience in managing international educational initiatives, she has led cross-border research projects, conducted evaluations of social and humanitarian programs (in Europe, Asia, and Latin America), and secured funding for both one-time projects and multi-year recurring initiatives. She has collaborated with NGOs, public institutions, and academic organizations from Europe, the United States, and Israel.
Her background includes Fulbright and Erasmus+ fellowships, as well as leadership roles in Jewish cultural and educational institutions, where she initiated and implemented large-scale projects promoting education, interfaith dialogue, and social change. Throughout her 13-year career, she has worked both independently and as part of teams, organizing events for up to 200 international participants.
